1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Sölace mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and StartupManch Pvt Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Sölace is a platform designed to provide a safe and comforting space for introverts, creatives, and solitude-seekers to connect based on shared interests. The Service allows users to create a profile, showcase creative work, and communicate through anonymous 1:1 chats and community groups.
3. User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Sölace is a sanctuary built on trust, respect, and safety. By using the Service, you agree to:
- Be Kind and Respectful: Treat all users with respect. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of intimidation is strictly prohibited.
- Foster a Safe Environment: Do not share content that is explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm. We are a supportive community, and content that threatens the well-being of others is not allowed.
- Respect Privacy: Do not attempt to uncover the real-world identity of other users or share personal information about others without their explicit consent.
- Be Authentic: While anonymity is a core feature, do not impersonate others or misrepresent your creative work.
Violation of these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account at our sole discretion.
4. Content Ownership and Responsibility
You retain full ownership of the content you create and share on Sölace, including your profile information, messages, and creative works. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and for ensuring it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to create a safe and reliable platform, we make no warranties regarding the conduct of other users or the uninterrupted availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartupManch Pvt Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time, which will result in the permanent removal of your data from our systems.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StartupManch Pvt Ltd. is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
