• User Content: This includes messages you send in 1:1 chats or community groups, and any creative works you choose to upload.

Your information is used solely to operate and enhance the Service. Specifically, we use it to:

We will never sell your data to third parties. All data processing is handled securely through our GoLang API wrapper, which acts as a safeguard between the app and our database.

• Backend Protection: All communication between the mobile app and our Firebase backend is managed by a secure GoLang API wrapper. The app does not have direct access to the database.
• Firestore Security Rules: Our database is protected by strict security rules that deny all direct client-side read/write access, preventing unauthorized data manipulation.
• Secure Uploads: When you upload files (like a profile picture), the app requests a secure, time-limited upload URL from our API. This ensures that large files are handled securely and efficiently.

6. Data Retention

We retain your profile information and user content as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems in accordance with our data deletion protocols.

As a user of Sölace, you have the right to access, modify, or delete the information you have shared on your profile at any time through the app's interface.
